Logyne is a corporate and commercial transactions specialist at Atwan Attorneys, with extensive knowledge and expertise in various legal areas such as corporate law, litigation, intellectual property rights, and tax law. Logyne has a wealth of experience in offering clients informed legal advice and reviewing and drafting a wide range of contracts, including employment, licensing, sale purchase, and service agreements.

Prior to joining Atwan Attorneys, Logyne was an Associate at Eldib & Co., where she played a key role in providing legal advice, preparing, reviewing, and advising on various types of corporate legal issues, commercial, contracting, employment, licensing, and service agreements as well as other commercial transactions, including assisting on legal opinion questionnaires, drafting and reviewing bilingual contracts and transactional work, conducting due diligence, preparing corporate documents, and liaising with local counsels across jurisdictions.
